CHOOSING a baby name can be tough with so many options out there, and lots of parents get inspiration from celebrities or movie and TV characters.
The monikers that are predicted to be big next year have been revealed, and many come from Game of Thrones and the royal family.
Flower company Bloom & Wild have found that the top names for 2020 include Meghan and Archie.
Previous royal births have seen a rise in baby names such as Charlotte and George, so the new Sussex arrival this year is expected to have an impact.
And Games of Thrones has also had an effect, with the final season being released this year.
Game of Thrones actors Emilia Clarke and Maisie Williams were two of the biggest celebrity inspirations for baby girls.

And other popular girls names are tipped to be Ivy, after Beyonce’s daughter, Jasmine, after the new live-action Disney film, and Eve, after BBC’s Killing Eve.
For boys, Edward is expected to surge, with Ed Sheeran being of the biggest selling artists of the year.
Also predicted to be popular is Freddie, following Rami Malek’s Oscar-winning portrayal of Freddie Mercury in the biopic Bohemian Rhapsody.

“Also on the up are more unusual floral names like Willow.
“We think rarer choices like this will continue to grow in popularity over the next few years.”
